Privacy Policy

Your trust matters. This policy explains what data Dispute Lion collects when you join the partner program, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Information we collect

When you create a Dispute Lion partner account we collect information you provide and information generated as you use the program:

  • Account details — name, email address, and optional company name and contact information.
  • Payout details — the payment information you provide so we can pay your commissions.
  • Performance data — referral clicks, leads, and conversions attributed to your unique link.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used for attribution and security.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the partner program and your Affiliate Center.
  • Attribute conversions accurately and calculate commissions.
  • Display your performance analytics and process payouts.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
  • Communicate updates, statements, and support responses.

We never sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to attribute referrals to the correct partner, keep you signed in, and secure your account. Some cookies are essential to the program; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect tracking accuracy.

4. How we share information

We share data only as needed to run the program — for example with payment processors to issue payouts, with analytics and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Data security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, with strict access controls. Access to partner data is limited to you and authorized Dispute Lion staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
