1. Subscription billing
The Dispute Lion partner platform is billed monthly at $97/mo. There is no free trial — your subscription begins the moment you sign up and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file on the same day of the month as your original signup.
2. 7-day refund window
If Dispute Lion isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that payment in full — no hassle. The 7-day window applies to each billing period independently. Requests made after the window has closed for a given charge are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. We do not prorate partial months outside of the 7-day refund window described above.
4. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Dispute Lion platform subscription only. Commissions you earn as a partner are not affected by it — they are governed by our Terms & Conditions and paid out according to the schedule shown in your dashboard. Refunded or charged-back transactions may, however, result in the reversal of related commissions.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we detect fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to request a refund
Reach out to the Dispute Lion team with your account email and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
